LOYALTY CARD TERMS & CONDITIONS

Eligibility

• This loyalty program is open to all customers of Laika Shisha Lounge. 

Card Collection

• Loyalty cards can be collected in-person at Laika Shisha Lounge. Only one loyalty card is permitted per customer at a given time.

Stamp Earning

• Customers will receive one stamp for every shisha purchase made at Laika Shisha Lounge

Rewards:

• Upon collecting the 5th stamp, the cardholder is entitled to a 25% discount on their next purchase.

• Upon collecting the 10th stamp, the cardholder will receive a complimentary shisha on their next visit

Card Validity

• The loyalty card is valid for 2 months from the date of issue.

• Expired cards will not be accepted, and no stamps or rewards from expired cards can be carried over to new cards.

• It is the responsibility of the cardholder to keep track of the card's expiration date.

Lost or Stolen Cards: Laika Shisha Lounge is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged cards. Lost cards will not be replaced, and stamps accrued on a lost card cannot be transferred to a new card.

Changes to the Program: Laika Shisha Lounge reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the loyalty program, its terms and conditions, or any of its components at any time without prior notice.

No Cash Value: Stamps and rewards have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other items except as described in these terms.

Limitation: The loyalty card cannot be combined with any other promotions, discounts, or offers unless explicitly stated by Laika Shisha Lounge.

Acceptance of Terms: By participating in the loyalty program, the cardholder agrees to abide by these terms and conditions.
